causym CAUTION: Be careful when using diesel fuel. Fuel might explode and injure someone. Use only in well-ventilated areas, away from any sparks or flames.

IMPORTANT: Do not allow diesel fuel (or any other petroleum product) to contact rubber convoluted tubes as it causes deterioration.

5. Clean remaining fertilizer through clean out holes (A). If machine will not be used the following day, coat parts with diesel fuel avoiding rubber tubes.

NOTE: Install baffles over feed wheels so outer ends of baffles are flush with end panels of fertilizer box.

6. Replace feed shafts, clamps, and baffles. Right-hand baffle must be installed first. The baffle tabs position the feed wheels. Make sure they are not bent or erratic delivery will result.

IMPORTANT: Outer end of both bottom covers MUST NOT contact end panel hardware of the box or leakage will result.

7. Replace bottom covers.
