Using Seed Mixtures With Fluted Feed Drill
EXAMPLE: 190 mm (7.5 in.) Row Spacing
NOTE:
If seed is not shown on charts, select a seed of comparable weight and size when determining shifter setting.
1.
If mixing seed, select a shifter setting from proper row spacing chart that will give desired quantity for EACH KIND of seed.
2.
Add settings together and set shifter in notch that represents the total of all the settings. See example below.
3.
Set shifter higher or lower after checking quantities drilled (see RATE CHECK-METHOD ONE and RATE CHECK-METHOD TWO in Operating The Machine section.)
