Detaching From Folded Machine

IMPORTANT: Be sure latches (A) are engaged before proceeding.

1. Fold machine to transport position.

causym CAUTION: Jackstand is heavy and needs to be properly supported when raising, lowering or storing.

2. Lower jackstand (B) and install pin in nearest hole.

3. Raise machine fully and install rear cylinder locks (C).

causym CAUTION: To avoid serious injury to you or others from escaping hydraulic oil under pressure, relieve the pressure in the system by stopping the engine and operating all hydraulic control valves.

4. Relieve hydraulic pressure and let the rear cylinders lower to the locks.

Detaching From Unfolded Machine

IMPORTANT: If machine is unfolded, the rear parking stands must be pinned in place to avoid machine damage.

1. If machine is to be detached unfolded, install rear parking stands.

causym CAUTION: Jackstand is heavy and needs to be properly supported when raising, lowering or storing.

NOTE: On machines with two parking stands the right-hand stand must be stored on the left-side of the right-hand center wheel support assembly (because of interference with drive shaft and acre meter). Take notice of the angle of the foot on the stands to determine right and left stands.

2. Remove rear parking stand(s) (A) from storage position.

NOTE: To install rear parking stand(s), the machine must be partially raised and folded. After stand(s) is installed, unfold and lower machine onto stand(s).

3. Partially raise and fold machine.

4. Remove wing nut and cap screw from strap (A).

5. Install stand (C) into footboard support and pin in place using round head pin and spring clip (D).

6. Pin strap (A) to stand (C) using bent pin and quick-lock pin (B).

7. Fully unfold machine and lower.

8. Detach safety chain and uncouple hydraulic hoses.

IMPORTANT: Keep couplers clean. Abrasive particles, like sand or metal fragments, can damage seals, barrels, and pistons, causing internal leakage.

Always store hoses in hose storage slots (A).

9. Remove hitch and drive tractor forward.
