Individual Row Unit Warning Indicators

IMPORTANT: Indicator will light and a continuous pulsed alarm will sound when a problem exists in one or more of the row units. Stop the machine immediately, disengage the units and determine the problem.

This panel displays warning indicator lights for each individual row unit.

The following problems will cause the appropriate indicator light and audible pulsed alarm to engage;

• Obstruction or plugged unit.
• If a drum should stop or slow down due to spindle wrap causing gear case or idler clutch slippage.
• Restricted suction door or duct.
• Abnormal unit speed during picking operation.
• Abnormal unit speed during inspection bypass or lube operation.
