Install Scrapping Plates (Attachment)

NOTE: Install scrapping plates to increase efficiency in short, knotty cotton or during last picking.

Use of scrapping plates is not recommended for first picking in heavy cotton.

2. Remove five M10 x 25 cap screws (C), nuts and pressure plate (D).

NOTE: Position 4-spindle scrapper plates (B) at top and bottom with 10-spindle plate (C) in-between.

3. PRO-12 Units: Attach extension (A) and 4-spindle scrapper plates (B and C) to inside of pressure plate (D) using four M10 x 30 plow bolts (E) and nuts each. Attach 10-spindle center scrapper plate (C) between 4-spindle scraper plates using five M10 x 30 plow bolts and nuts.

PRO-16 Units: Install extension and two 10 spindle plates using twelve M10 x 30 plow bolts with lock nuts.

4. Tighten all hardware.
