Adjusting Door Chain Tension

Recommended Service Interval
Check Chain Tension, Adjust As necessary Every 10 Hours

 

1. With door in closed position, chain tension cap screw heads (A) should be no farther than 6 mm (0.25 in.) (B) from tab surface (C) and never tightened against tab (four locations).

2. Set tension on front and rear cap screw sets equally to track chain properly.
