Replacing C-Springs-Rock/Wheatland

There are two sizes of C-Springs to optimize performance and reliability.

Spring (A) has a 51 x 38 mm (2 x 1-1/2 in.) cross section at top and tapers to 51 x 25 mm (2 x 1 in.) cross section at bottom.

Spring (B) has a 51 x 32 mm (2 x 1-1/4 in.) cross section its entire length.

This combination of C-Springs fine tunes gangs to match weight distribution of machine. They provide "heft" where needed for consistent depth and "flex" for long life at a recommended disking speed of 7.2-8 km/h (4-1/2-5 mph).

Use following chart to correctly position particular C-spring on machine.
