Adjusting Cylinder Rod/Stop for Wing Fold Operation 5-9.8 M (16 Ft 5 In.-32 Ft 1 In.)1. Remove cap screws (A) and nuts to remove rear stop (B) from brackets.
2. Fold wings and relieve pressure by positioning SCV lever in FLOAT position with tractor engine running. |

CAUTION:
Keep people away from machine when placing tractor control lever in FLOAT position because unexpected movement of machine can cause serious injury or death to you or others.

Loosen cap screw (A) several turns.
IMPORTANT: Do not adjust wing cylinders to exert excessive force on wings. Do not pull cylinder rod out of cylinder more than 2 mm (1/16 in.). 4. Using open-end wrench, adjust cylinder rod (B) until front wing stop rests on frame and approximately 2 mm (1/16 in.) of rod chrome is exposed outside of cylinder rod guide. 5. Adjust other wing cylinder. Tighten cap screws. 6. Attach rear wing stops to brackets. (See ADJUSTING REAR WING STOPS in Service section.) |
