Attaching Machine to John Deere 7000 Series Tractors

1. Back tractor in position and attach hitch link to drawbar. Be sure hitch pin is retained with spring strap or hex nut.

2. Plug wing fold hoses in SCV II coupler (A).

3. Plug depth control hoses in SCV I coupler (B).

4. (If equipped) plug hydraulic leveling control hoses in SCV III coupler (C).

5. Bleed trapped air from system. Failure to do so can result in system malfunction. (See BLEEDING CYLINDERS in Service section.)

A-Hitch Jack

  

IMPORTANT: Be sure hitch jack handle is located on top when transporting machine or damage to jack can occur.

6. Raise hitch jack (A) and pin in transport position. Position jack so jack handle is located on top.
