Install Rigid Standard Bearing Wear Guard

1. Remove two front and lower round head bolts (A and D).

2. Attach wear guard (E) with widest part at bottom of bearing using 1/2 x 1-3/4 in. round head bolt (A) and nut (B) in front hole through wear guard first.

3. Install 1/2 x 1-1/4 in. round head bolt (D) through bearing flange first and flange nut (C) on bearing wear guard side.


A-Round Head Bolt, 1/2 x 1-3/4 in.
B-Nut, 1/2 In.
C-Flange Nut, 1/2 In.
D-Round Head Bolt, 1/2 x 1-1/4 In.
E-Bearing Wear Guard
F-Direction of Travel
