Installing And Bleeding Wing-Fold Cylinders
CAUTION:
Escaping fluid under pressure can penetrate skin causing serious injury. Avoid hazard by relieving pressure before disconnecting hydraulic or other lines. Tighten all connections before applying pressure. Search for leaks with a piece of cardboard. Protect hands and body from high-pressure fluids.
If an accident occurs, see a doctor immediately. Any fluid injected in skin must be surgically removed within a few hours or gangrene may result. Cleanliness
When disconnecting hydraulic system for service, protect hose ends, tubing and components from contamination with clean, lint-free towels or clean plastic bags.
Before installing cylinders, flush inside of cylinders with clean diesel fuel or petroleum solvent for ten seconds minimum. Do not use, water, water soluble cleaners or compressed air.

Attach cylinder base end(s) to linkage, but leave rod end(s) detached.

Attach all hoses in hydraulic circuit.
