Replacing Rotary Screen Drive Belt

causym CAUTION: Sudden movement of rotary screen and drive belt can cause serious injury or death to you or others. Shut off engine and remove key before replacing rotary screen drive belt.

1. Unhook latches (A) and open door (B).

2. Remove two cap screws (A) and safety shield (B).

NOTE: Nuts and washers on back side of panel will fall when cap screws are removed. Retain nuts and washers for reinstallation.

3. Remove cap screws (C).

4. Pull down on spring loaded idler pulley (A) and remove belt (C) from idler pulley (B) and drive sheave (D).

5. Remove cap screw (A) and spacer (B).

6. Pull trash expeller (C) out slightly away from screen and remove belt.

7. Install replacement belt in reverse order. (See BELT ROUTING-ROTARY SCREEN in this section.)
