Adjusting Rotary Screen Trash Expeller

1. Remove all dirt and trash buildup between trash expeller (B) and rotary screen (D).

2. Verify clearance between trash expeller and rotary screen is adjusted to specification.

Specification

Trash Expeller-to-Rotary Screen -Clearance 12 mm  (0.5 in.)

To adjust clearance between trash expeller and rotary screen:

a. Loosen hose clamps (A).

b. Loosen pipe clamp cap screw (C) of inlet pipe.

c. If necessary, add or remove washer(s) (E) at rotary screen axle.

d. To complete adjustment, tighten hardware in reverse order.
