Every 400 Hours of Operation

1. Drain hydraulic/hydrostatic oil. Replace hydraulic/hydrostatic spin-on oil filter (A).

2. Remove hydro module rear panel and remove reservoir cover plate (B). Clean internal reservoir strainer and replace filters. Install cover plate and panel.

3. Fill reservoir. (See HYDRAULIC/HYDROSTATIC AND TRANSMISSION/BRAKE OILS in Fuels, Lubricants and Coolants section for proper oil specifications, and MACHINE SPECIFICATIONS in Specifications section for system refill capacity.)

4. Remove final drive fill plug (A) and check final drive lubricant level. Lubricant level must come within 6 mm (1/4 in.) of bottom of fill hole.

5. Fill as needed with proper lubricant. (See FINAL DRIVE LUBRICANTS in Fuels, Lubricants and Coolants section for proper specifications and MACHINE SPECIFICATIONS in Specifications section for oil capacity.)

6. Remove block (C) from transmission and drain plug (D) from both brake housings and drain transmission oil. Clean or replace strainer. Install block and drain plugs.

7. Remove fill plug (A) from elbow (B). Fill transmission with proper lubricant until fluid is level with bottom of hole in elbow. (See FINAL DRIVE LUBRICANTS in Fuels, Lubricants and Coolants section for proper specifications and MACHINE SPECIFICATIONS in Specifications section for oil capacity.)

8. Replace fill plug and operate machine for at least one minute (multi-function control handle must be stroked). Recheck oil level and add lubricant if needed.
