Basket Full Sensor Location

In order for proper system operation, sensors must be mounted so the center of each is within 127 mm (5 in.) of the other with no obstructions in between them. Sensors should be mounted approximately 305 mm (12 in.) from top of basket and 914 mm (36 in.) from front of basket. Sensors may be repositioned if operator desires an earlier or later warning. Moving sensors down or back will provide an earlier warning. Moving sensors up or forward will provide a later warning. When placing sensors make sure there are no obstructions between them that would cause false indications (i.e. compactor augers).

Receiver (A) is installed on left-hand side of basket and transmitter (B) is installed on right-hand side of basket. Remove nuts (C) on outside of basket to reposition sensors as desired. Re-install nuts.
