Bleeding Fuel System

1. Turn key switch to ON position.

2. Loosen bleed plug (A).

3. Push hand primer (B) on fuel supply pump.

NOTE: If primer does not pump fuel, and no resistance is felt, turn engine over slightly with starter to change fuel pump cam position.

4. Push hand primer until a smooth flow of fuel, free of bubbles, comes out of filter bleed plug hole.

5. Tighten bleed plug and leave primer lever in the down position.

6. Repeat procedure as necessary until system is free of air and engine runs properly.
