Adjusting Front Axle Toe-In
1.
Remove cotter pin (D).
2.
Remove castle nut (C).
3.
Loosen jam nut (B).
4.
Lightly tap on end of steering casting while lightly prying up on steering cylinder tie-rod end (A).
5.
Repeat Steps 1-4 for opposite side of machine.
6.
Move left and right tires evenly until difference between (E and F) are within specified range.

NOTE:
With cylinders at half stroke, dimension (F) should be 10-25 mm (3/8-1 in.) less than dimension (E).
7.
Screw tie rod end (A) in or out of cylinder until tie rod end pin aligns with tapered bore.
8.
Insert tie rod end pin in tapered bore.
9.
Install castle nut and tighten to specified minimum torque. Install cotter pins.

11.
Repeat Steps 7-10 on opposite side of machine.
