Adjust Front and Rear Air Spring Assemblies (Machines not Equipped with Auto Air Spring Leveling System)
CAUTION:
Air spring can explode if over inflated causing serious injury or death to you or others. When adjusting suspension assemblies, do not exceed 689 kPa (6.89 bar) (100 psi). Keep hands and body away from suspension linkage.
NOTE:
Machine should be parked on level ground with solution tank empty and booms folded when adjusting air springs.
1.
Start on the right-hand side of machine. Adjust pressure in right-hand rear air spring assembly so there is 64 mm (2.5 in.) of chrome showing (A) on top side of suspension shaft.

Adjust pressure in right-front air spring assembly so there is 152 mm (6 in.) chrome showing (A) on top side of suspension shaft.
3.
Adjust pressure in left-rear air spring assembly so there is 64 mm (2.5 in.) chrome showing (A) on top side of suspension shaft.
4.
Adjust pressure in left-front air spring assembly so there is 152 mm (6 in.) chrome showing (A) on top side of suspension shaft.
5.
Repeat steps 1 through 4.
6.
Drive machine 122 m (400 ft.). Measure chrome on air spring assemblies.
7.
Repeat steps 1 through 4 if necessary.
