Cleaning and Setting

1. Clean cups by moving latch (A) downward off its retaining teeth. This opens feed gate (B) as wide as possible.

2. Set the feed gate latch (A) in one of the following positions:

C-Wheat, oats, barley, rye, flax, rice and similar seeds.

D-Small peas, common beans, soybeans (above 1135 per kg [2500 per pound]), and corn.

E-Large peas, soybeans (below 1135 per kg [2500 per pound]), kidney beans, and lima beans.

3. Set all feed cups identically. Improper setting will cause uneven drilling, wrong quantities being drilled and crushing of seed.

NOTE: A repair Kit is available to repair broken latch or gate.
