This function places the gate in cradle for service.

Press confirm button to display tether instructions. Press confirm button again to return to previous screen.

Press "D" on tether to place gate in cradle.

Press "C" on tether to return gate to closed position

NOTE: Service belts mode can only be done after machine has been placed in RMB service mode.

Position machine in RMB service mode.

This function places the gate in cradle for belt service.

Press confirm button to display tether instructions. Press confirm button again to return to previous screen.

Press "C" on tether to raise rockshaft and relieve belt tension.

Press "D" on tether to lower rockshaft.

Press "A" on tether to operate belts.

IMPORTANT: Manual eject must be performed following manual wrap process so machine does not attempt to wrap or feed cotton into the chamber after manual wrap.

This function allows the operator to manually wrap a bale.

Press confirm button to display tether instructions. Press confirm button again to return to previous screen.

Press "A" on tether to operate the belts.

Press "C" on tether to engage wrap.

Press "D" on tether to disengage wrap.

IMPORTANT: Position handler (as shown) so it does not contact gate or machine damage can occur.

This function allows the operator to manually eject a bale.

Press confirm button to display tether instructions. Press confirm button again to return to previous screen.

Press "A" on tether to raise gate.

Press "B" on tether to lower gate.

Press "C" on tether to raise handler.

Press "D" on tether to lower handler.

This function allows the operator to clean and service accumulator and feeder.

Press confirm button to display tether instructions. Press confirm button again to return to previous screen.

Press "A" on tether to run beater rolls.

Press "B" on tether to run meter rolls.

Press "C" on tether to run feeder and module builder.

NOTE: Run All Components mode only works with engine running at full speed to assure all components are feeding at appropriate speeds.

Press "D" on tether to run all components (A, B, and C).
