Service Interval Chart

IMPORTANT: Recommended service intervals are for average conditions. Service MORE OFTEN if your machine is operated under adverse conditions.

Service required during the break-in period should be previously performed. (See Break-In Period section.)

Perform all services described at the hourly intervals indicated on the following pages.

Lubricate picker bars, sun gears, upper gear train and cam tracks. Use onboard lubrication system.   ·                  
Check oil levels (engine, hydraulic/hydrostatic).     ·                
Check fuel filters. Drain and clean if necessary.     ·                
Check coolant level and overflow hoses.     ·                
Check pump drive gearbox oil level. (First 12 hours of operation. Every 100 hours thereafter.)     ·                
Check unit gear case oil level.     ·                
Clean radiator and cooling cores.     ·                
Clean solution strainer and nozzles.     ·                
Clean around doffers, moistener columns, suction doors, unit drums, bottoms and behind picker bars.     ·                
Check cutter knives for missing or damaged knives (VRS ONLY).     ·

Check front and rear feeder fingers for missing or damaged fingers (VRS ONLY).     ·                
Lubricate picker bars, sun gears, upper gear train and cam tracks. Use onboard lubrication system.     ·                
Lubricate unit lift rockshaft bearings.     ·                
Check engine and fan hoods for cotton build-up.     ·                
Inspect and clean finger grates.     ·                
Clean lint and trash from engine, starter area, radiator, brake/transmission area, rear axle, universal joints, cotton fan rotors, hydraulic module, alternator, and cooling cores.     ·                
Check auxiliary water system.     ·

Clean lint and trash from wrap floor belts and sheaves.     ·                
Clean mud from between duals when operating in muddy conditions.     ·                
Reset Display.       ·              
Lubricate lower doffer bearing.       ·              
Lubricate rod end of unit lift cylinder.       ·
