Every 400 Hours of Operation

1. Drain pump drive gearbox oil removing drain plug located under the machine.

2. Replace pump drive gearbox filter (B).

3. Fill gearbox with proper lubricant until lubricant is visible halfway on reservoir sight glass (A). (See HYDRAULIC/HYDROSTATIC AND TRANSMISSION/BRAKE OILS in Fuels, Lubricants, and Coolants section for proper lubricant specifications and MACHINE SPECIFICATIONS in Specifications section for oil refill capacity.)

4. Lower row units to ground, put machine in harvest mode. Remove hose (D) from pump and drain reservoir. (See HYDRAULIC/HYDROSTATIC AND TRANSMISSION/BRAKE OILS in Fuels, Lubricants, and Coolants section for proper lubricant specifications.)

5. Replace hydraulic filters (A-C).

6. Remove cover and inspect interior of reservoir.

7. Install cover on reservoir, attach hose to pump, and fill reservoir until oil is visible halfway on reservoir sight glass. (See HYDRAULIC/HYDROSTATIC AND TRANSMISSION/BRAKE OILS in Fuels, Lubricants, and Coolants section for proper lubricant specification and MACHINE SPECIFICATIONS in Specifications section for oil refill capacity.)

8. Remove final drive fill plug (A) and check final drive lubricant level. Lubricant level must come within 6 mm (1/4 in.) of bottom of fill hole.

9. Fill as needed with proper lubricant. (See FINAL DRIVE AND POWERED REAR AXLE LUBRICANT in Fuels, Lubricants, and Coolants section for proper lubricant specifications and MACHINE SPECIFICATIONS in Specifications section for oil refill capacity.)

10. Remove plug (A) and drain transmission oil. Reinstall plug.

11. Replace external spin on filter (D).

12. Remove fill plug (B). Fill transmission until oil is visible halfway on sight glass (C). (See HYDRAULIC/HYDROSTATIC AND

TRANSMISSION/BRAKE OILS in Fuels, Lubricants, and Coolants section for proper lubricant specifications and MACHINE SPECIFICATIONS in Specifications section for oil refill capacity.)

13. Replace fill plug.
