Hydraulic/Hydrostatic System overheating. (Warning is displayed.)

Air passages in cooler core plugged.

Clean cooler core.

Fan belt slipping or broken.

Check automatic belt tensioner or replace fan belt.

Rotary screen belt broken.

Replace belt.

Hydraulic oil level low.

Check system for leak and repair. Fill reservoir to appropriate level.

Picker will not propel forward or reverse.

Hydrostatic oil not properly warmed up.

When operating in temperatures below -12°C (10°F), run-in picker 10-15 minutes to warm up hydrostatic drive oil. See Cold Weather Operation in Operating the Machine section.

Drive systems unable to maintain charge pressure.

See your John Deere dealer.

Solenoid loose on propel pump or motors.

Reinstall solenoid.

Transmission inoperative.

Check transmission or see your dealer.

Hydraulic oil level low.

Check system for leak and repair. Fill reservoir to appropriate level.

Broken coupling from motor to transmission.

Repair as needed.

Air leak in system.

Tighten connections.

Propel charge filter plugged.

Change filter element.

Park brake engaged via armrest switch.

Release park brake.

Pump/pump drive splines damaged.

See your John Deere dealer.

Damaged pressure sensor.

Replace sensor.

Pressure sensor disconnected.

Attach sensor.

Tried to disengage park brake before start-up check complete.

Key off. Restart and wait until run page displays on ADU before attempting to move machine.

Multifunction control handle moved out of neutral during start-up check.

Key off. Return handle to neutral and restart machine.

Ground travel speed erratic.

Hydraulic oil level low.

Check system for leak and repair. Fill reservoir to appropriate level.

Propel charge filter plugged.

Change filter element.

Multifunction control handle creeps toward neutral.

Replace friction washers and/or springs as necessary.

Drive systems unable to maintain charge pressure.

See your John Deere dealer.

Reinstall solenoid.

Picker not responding to multifunction control handle.

Hydrostatic oil not properly warmed up.

Operator presence system activated.

Bring hydro lever to neutral and try again.

Propel charge filter plugged.

Change filter element.

Air in system.

Tighten connections, hose clamps, and check for broken hydraulic lines.

Check system for leak and repair. Fill reservoir to appropriate level.

Drive systems unable to maintain charge pressure.
