ROW-TRAK Calibration Error Codes

NOTE: If any errors occur during calibration procedures, error codes will be displayed on ADU.

The condition causing the error must be corrected before calibration procedure can be continued.

Crop Sensor OBD 101
ParkBrk Park brake is not active.
Error 01 Feeler voltage below gkwFeelerOORLow (<0.1V).
Error 02 Feeler voltage above gkwFeelerOORHigh (>4.9V).
Error 03 Difference between the right and left position voltage is below gkwFeelerCalMinimumVoltage (<0.2V).
Error 04 One of the following feeler voltage relationships is not true: Left < Center < Right, or Left > Center > Right.

Wheel Angle Sensor OBD 102
Engine Speed Set engine speed to high idle.
Wheel Speed Stop machine to initiate calibration.
Error 01 WAS voltage range below limit.
Error 02 SID1 count below minimum count (950). The steering wheel should be turned at least 3.75 revolutions.
Error 03 SID2 count below minimumCount (950). The steering wheel should be turned at least 3.75 revolutions.
Error 04 One of the following WAS voltage relationships is not true: Left < Center < Right, or Left > Center > Right.
Error 05 The WAS voltage difference between left and center or right and center is less than minimum voltage.
Error 06 WAS voltage less then OORL limit.
Error 07 WAS voltage greater than OORH limit.
Error 08 LH WAS voltage greater than RH WAS voltage.

 

Steering Deadband OBD 103
Enable Row Trak RowTrak must be on to procede. Select RowTrak button on armrest.
Engine Speed Set engine speed to high idle.
WAS not calibrated Complete Wheel Sensor Calibration before steering deadband calibration.
Error 01 Upper dead-band is above Deadband Cal Max (1200).
Error 02 Lower dead-band is below Deadband Cal Min (800).
Error 03 SID1 or SID2 count too high. The Steering wheel should not be turned during calibration.
Error 05 Calibration movement in direction opposite expected.
