Check Engine Oil Level

IMPORTANT: Verify dipstick (A) is completely in housing before removing to check oil level.

DO NOT operate engine when oil level is below the add mark on engine oil dipstick (A). Add oil if necessary. (See DIESEL ENGINE OIL in Fuels, Lubricants and Coolants section for proper oil specifications.) (If engine is still within first 100 hours of service, see DIESEL ENGINE BREAK-IN OIL in Fuels, Lubricants and Coolants section.)
