Differential Lock Button
Differential lock button (A) engages/disengages differential lock device.
NOTE:
Manual differential lock engagement is only possible with engine running and if ground speed is below 10 km/h (6.2 mph). If ground speed is above 10 km/h (6.2 mph) or if the steering angle of rear wheels is above 10° differential will be automatically unlocked.
Drive train control unit implements the front wheel drive differential lock control function. Drive train control unit communicates and monitors the speed of the front wheels to implement the differential lock control function.
Press differential lock button (A) to set differential lock function to manual mode. Armrest display Unit (ADU) shows a solid outer ring symbol together with the lock symbol indicating the differential lock is set to manual mode.
