Adjusting Solution Pump Belt

Adjust Solution Pump Belt Annually

 

1. Remove lower shield from bottom of power module.

NOTE: Solution pump is located on front side of engine, between engine oil pan and power module frame.

2. Loosen cap screws (A).

3. Set tension to specifications using a tool like JDG529 Belt Tension Gauge or equivalent.

Specification

Solution Pump Belt-Static -Tension 67-85 N (16-19 lb)

4. Tighten cap screws (A).
