Replacing Rotary Screen Drive Belt

causym CAUTION: Sudden movement of rotary screen and drive belt can cause serious injury or death to you or others. Shut off engine and remove key before replacing rotary screen drive belt.

1. Unhook latches (A) and open door (B).

2. Pull down on spring loaded idler pulley (A) and remove belt (C) from idler pulley (B) and drive sheave (D).

3. Release latch (A) and lift retaining strap (B) up to release trash expeller.

4. Pull trash expeller (C) out away from screen (D) and remove belt.

5. Install replacement belt in reverse order. (See BELT ROUTING-ROTARY SCREEN in this section.)
