causym CAUTION: Sudden movement of rotary screen or machine can cause serious injury or death to you or others. Turn off engine and remove key before cleaning rotary screen and cooling package.

Reduce compressed air to 210 kPa (2 bar) (30 psi) or less when using for cleaning purposes. Clear area of bystanders, guard against flying debris and wear personnel protection equipment, including eye protection.

1. Unhook latches (A) and open door (B).

2. Release latch (A) and lift retaining strap (B) up to release trash expeller.

3. Pull trash expeller (C) out away from rotary screen (D).

IMPORTANT: Avoid fin damage when using high pressure air or water when cleaning cooling cores. Use a fin comb to straighten bent fins. Bent fins will decrease cooler performance.

4. Release latches (A) and open cooling package.

NOTE: When using compressed air to clean rotary screen, blow from the inside of screen out.

5. Clean cooling cores (B-F) and inside of rotary screen (G) using a brush and compressed air as necessary.

6. Close cooling package.

7. Remove all dirt, trash and lint from trash expeller (C) using a brush and compressed air.

8. Secure trash expeller (C) with retaining strap (B) and latch (A).

9. Verify rotary screen (D) rotates freely.
