Cleaning/Replacing Onboard Lubrication System Filters

Clean/Replace Lubrication System Filters Every 250 Hours

 

IMPORTANT: Internal machine damage can occur. Keep the cap clean and ON the fitting when not filling the onboard lubrication tank to prevent system contamination.

1. Open hydro module door on left-hand side of machine.

2. Remove cap (A), outer coupler fitting (B) and, washers (C).

3. Remove filter (D) and clean in solvent or replace if damaged.

4. Install filter, fitting, washers and cap in reverse order of removal.

D-Filter

5. Disconnect line (A).

6. Disconnect union fitting (B).

7. Remove washers (C) and filter (D).

8. Clean filter in solvent or replace if damaged.

9. Reassemble filter, washers and union in reverse order of removal.

10. Install control box cover.
