Repair Tire

causym CAUTION: Wheel modules are heavy, awkward and can swing left or right and can cause serious injury to you or others. Always stay away from possible swing and pinch point areas while repairing tire.

Always be aware of area while working under machine. Wear close fitting clothing and safety equipment appropriate for job.

1. Start tractor and raise and block machine and tire.

2. Front Stabilizer Tire- Remove cap screw (A), lock nut and tire. Repair tire.

3. Rear Caster Tire- Remove cap screw (B) and spacer (C). Repeat process on other side. Repair tire.

4. Reinstall tire between yoke arms using existing hardware.

5. Tighten cap screw to specification.

Specification

Front Stabilizer Tire Yoke Arm Cap Screw -Torque 441 N·m (325 lb-ft)

Specification

Rear Caster Wheel Yoke Arm Cap Screws -Torque 678 N·m (500 lb-ft)

6. Inflate tire to correct specification.

7. Lower machine to ground.
