Replace Closing Wheel Disk

NOTE: Clean soil from parts prior to removal.

1. Remove lock nut (A) and closing wheel assembly (B).

2. Remove nuts (C) and round head cap screws (D).

3. Remove disk (E) from press wheel (F).

4. Install new disk and press wheel assembly in reverse order with previously removed hardware. Tighten hardware to specifications.

Specification

Lock Nut (A) -Torque 217 N·m (160 lb-ft)

Specification

Nuts (C) -Torque 25 N·m (18 lb-ft)
