Replace Closing Wheel Bearing
NOTE:
Clean soil from parts prior to removal.
1.
Remove lock nut (A) and closing wheel assembly (B).
2.
Remove snap ring (C) and bearing (D).
IMPORTANT:
Avoid bearing damage. Only apply pressure against outer race of bearing.
3.
Install new bearing in press wheel and retain with previously removed snap ring.
4.
Install press wheel assembly in reverse order with previously removed hardware and tighten to specification.
