IMPORTANT:
Align bearing lubrication port (A) with grease fitting (B) when assembling to prevent bearing failure.
IMPORTANT:
Grease fitting must be toward small spool (D) and toward rear of machine for maximum protection from trash.
3.
Assemble bearing by inserting sleeve (C) through small cast spool (D), flange with grease fitting (E), bearing, gasket (F), flange (G) and large cast spool (H).
4.
Tighten carriage bolt nuts (I) to specification.

5.
Install bearing assembly with small cast spool against convex edge of blade.
6.
After all disk blades are installed, install special washers and spacers in order removed. (See Disassembling Disk Gangs in this section.) Oil threads and install gang nut.
7.
Tighten gang bolt. (See TIGHTENING GANG BOLT in this section.)
