If required, remove all dirt and debris from top side of sweep for proper double-hook tool usage.

Attach double-hook (A) on tool to top of sweep (B).
3.
Pull downward on end of tool forcing single-tine (C) through slotted opening in sweep stem to depress spring (D).
IMPORTANT:
Make sure spring is between double-hook on tool as sweep is removed. If spring is not between hooks damage to spring could occur.
4.
AFTER tool bottoms out on sweep and spring disengages from notch, drive sweep from casting (E) by striking edge of sweep stem (G) or head of tool (F) with hammer.
