causym CAUTION: Tandem wheel axle is heavy and awkward to handle and can cause serious injury to you or others. Support axle while removing axle with proper support.

1. Assemble parts as shown.

IMPORTANT: Nut (D) will tighten against end of cap screw (C) threads. CAP SCREW WILL REMAIN LOOSE even after nut is properly torqued. DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN.

2. Tighten cap screw (C) to specification.

3. Tighten 1 x 6 in. carriage bolt (M) to specification.
