Use Rinse System (Rinsing Solution Pump, Boom, and Flowmeter Only)

NOTE: Perform the following procedure to rinse only the pump, boom, and flowmeter.

During a boom rinse cycle the pump bleed line will add some fresh water to the solution tank. This could result in the product being diluted and/or extra product in the tank.

    A - Suction Valve

    B - Pressure Bypass/Rinse Valve

    C - Agitation Valve

    Turn suction valve (A) to “RINSE TANK” position.


  2. Turn pressure bypass/rinse valve (B) to “SPRAY” position.

  3. Close agitation valve (C).

  4. Turn on spray system and spray rinse water through boom assembly.
