Unfold Boom

1. IMPORTANT: Do not drive with boom fully raised. The accumulator suspension is not effective when boom is fully raised. Damage to lift system may occur if machine is driven with boom fully raised.

   A - Raise/Lower Switch

   Start engine.

2. Press top of raise/lower switch (A) to raise boom off of rear boom rests.

   Press Top Of Fold Level Switches

   A - Fold Level Switch, Left-Hand

   B - Fold/Level Switch, Right-Hand

   Press top of left-hand fold/level switch (A) or top right-hand fold/level switch (B) to tilt boom up to clear the front boom supports/rests.

4. CAUTION: Avoid injury or death to others. Make sure no one is close to boom when unfolding outer sections.

   NOTE: Booms can be operated without unfolding the outer two sections of the boom on each side. Width is 18.3 m (60 ft).

   A - Fold Mode Switch

   B - Fold/Level Switches

   C - Raise/Lower Switch

   Press and hold fold mode switch (A) while pressing bottom of fold/level switches (B), momentarily release fold/level switches, then press and hold them.

   NOTE: When using the fold mode switch (A), the top or bottom of the raise/lower switch (C) can be used in place of holding both of the corresponding fold/level switches (B). It will operate both sides of boom simultaneously.

5. Continue to hold down fold mode switch and press and hold bottom of fold/level switches until outer wing sections of boom unfold.

6. Release fold/level switches and fold mode switch.

   B - Fold/Level Switch, Right-Hand

   Press bottom left-hand fold/level switch (A) or right-hand fold/level switch (B) to tilt boom wings to desired spray angle.

   Press bottom of raise/lower switch (A) to lower booms and position nozzles at desired spray height.
