Filling Solution Tank with Sprayer Pump

1. CAUTION: Read carefully the directions printed on the chemical manufacturer’s labels before handling chemicals or you may be exposed to hazardous materials which could poison and injure you.

   IMPORTANT: Do not add chemical to tank until just before field use. Follow the chemical manufacturer’s instructions for mixing the spray solution to obtain the desired application rate and effect.

   A - Solution Pump Switch

   Operate engine at low idle.

2. Turn off solution pump switch (A).

3. CAUTION: Quik-Fill valve (A) can contain hazardous materials which can poison causing serious injury or death to you or others. Before removing Quik-Fill cap (B), make sure Quik-Fill valve is turned off.

   E - Remote Solution Pump Switch

   Verify Quik-Fill valve is closed.

4. Open lock levers and remove cap (B).

5. Connect nurse tank fill hose to Quik-Fill adapter and close lock levers.

6. Turn suction valve (C) to “Closed” position.

7. Turn pressure bypass/rinse valve (D) to “BYPASS” position.

8. Open nurse tank valve and Quik-Fill valve.

9. Move remote solution pump switch (E) to “LOAD” position.

   NOTE: When using remote solution pump switch (E), pump is designed to come up to operating speed slowly. Engine speed will automatically increase to 1800 rpm.

10. IMPORTANT: Failure to perform the following steps in order can create pressure spikes in the solution system that may cause pressure transducer failure and other component damage.

    B - Remote Solution Pump Switch

    C - Pressure Bypass/Rinse Valve

    D - Suction Valve

    E - Cap

    After solution tank has filled, close Quik-Fill valve (A).

11. Move remote solution pump switch (B) to “SPRAY” position.

12. Turn pressure bypass/rinse valve (C) to “SPRAY” position.

13. Turn suction valve (D) to “SOLUTION TANK” position.

14. Remove fill hose from Quik-Fill adapter and replace cap (E).
