CAUTION: Read carefully the directions printed on the chemical manufacturer’s labels before handling chemicals or you may be exposed to hazardous materials which could poison and injure you.
IMPORTANT: Do not add chemical to solution tank until just before field use. Follow the chemical manufacturer’s instructions for mixing the spray solution to obtain the desired application rate and effect.

A - Solution Pump Switch
B - Agitation Switch
Operate engine at 1800 rpm.
Turn off solution pump switch (A) in armrest console.
Verify agitation switch (B) is in “ON” position and adjusted to desired agitation level , if necessary. (See Mixing Solution in Tank in this section.)
CAUTION: Quik-Fill valve (A) can contain hazardous materials which can poison causing serious injury or death to you or others. Before removing Quik-Fill cap, make sure Quik-Fill valve is turned off.

A - Quik-Fill Valve
B - Cap
C - Suction Valve
D - Pressure Bypass/Rinse Valve
E - Remote Solution Pump Switch
Verify Quik-Fill valve is closed.
Open lock levers and remove cap (B).
Connect nurse tank fill hose to Quik-Fill adapter and close lock levers.
Turn suction valve (C) to “Closed” (straight up) position.
Turn pressure bypass/rinse valve (D) to “BYPASS” position.
Move remote solution pump switch (E) to “LOAD” position and add approximately 300 L (80 gal) water.
NOTE: When using remote solution pump switch (E), pump is designed to come up to operating speed slowly. Engine speed will automatically increase to 1800 rpm.

A - Handle
Slightly raise eductor and pull handle (A) to unlatch eductor.
Lower eductor and raise lid.
NOTE:

N81311-UN-15JAN09
A - Eductor Flow Rate Valve
The eductor flow rate valve (A) is a variable rate valve that controls the flow rate of the eductor. The farther the handle is turned toward the “MAX” setting, the greater the suction created for the eductor.Turn eductor flow rate valve (A) to full “MAX” position.

A - Eductor Hopper Valve
B - Eductor Rinse Valve
C - Rinse Nozzle
Open eductor hopper valve (A) (handle parallel with solution hose) to allow chemicals to be drawn from eductor hopper.
Pour chemicals into eductor.
Open eductor rinse valve (B) (turn clockwise) to rinse eductor hopper.
Place chemical container over rinse nozzle (C) in tank and push down on container to rinse.
Close eductor rinse valve.

A - Eductor Flow Rate Valve
B - Eductor Hopper Valve
After verifying eductor is empty, close eductor flow rate valve (A).
Close eductor hopper valve (B).
Place lid back on hopper and lift eductor back to its original position.
IMPORTANT: Failure to perform the following steps in order can create pressure spikes in the solution system that may cause pressure transducer failure and other component damage.

A - Quik-Fill Valve
B - Remote Solution Pump Switch
C - Pressure Bypass/Rinse Valve
D - Suction Valve
E - Cap
After solution tank has filled, close Quik-Fill valve (A).
Move remote solution pump switch (B) to “SPRAY” position.
Turn pressure bypass/rinse valve (C) to “SPRAY” position.
Turn suction valve (D) to “SOLUTION TANK” position.
Remove fill hose from Quik-Fill adapter and replace cap (E).
