Operate Foam Marker System
IMPORTANT: Open tank vent valve prior to filling foam tank from bottom port. Open valve slowly to relieve pressure from tank. Close valve after filling or foam marker will not operate. 1. Pull up on relief valve ring (A) on cap to vent tank. 2. Remove cap and fill tank half full of clean water. NOTE: Use John Deere foam concentrate for best results. Shake foam concentrate well before adding to tank. Store concentrate in a warm place, where it will not be frozen. 3. Refer to container for ratio mix and add recommended amount of foam concentrate. 4. Finish filling tank. If filling tank from the bottom is preferred, open vent valve (B), attach hose to fill port (C), and fill. Close vent valve.

CAUTION:
Contents under pressure. Vent pressure from tank prior to removing cap or servicing foamer unit. Pull up on relief valve ring on cap to vent tank.

5. Turn fluid flow control knob (C) clockwise to fully closed, then turn counterclockwise one-half turn to set "LO" foam rate position. 6. Push foam rate switch (D) on console to "LO" position. 7. Turn key switch to "ON" position, or if equipped with on board air, start engine. 8. Depress foam select switch (A) to "MANUAL" position. 9. Press foam marker control switch (B) to "LEFT" position. 10. The foamer compressor (if equipped) should now be running. In approximately two minutes, foam should generate out of left-hand collector.

11. Press foam marker control switch to "RIGHT" position. 12. While foam is being generated, press foam rate switch (A) to "HI" position. NOTE:
Foam drop rate should increase approximately
