"Fault Code (FC) 110 Check Wiring"

Intermittent code 110

Turn ignition key off, then on again. If code goes away, resume operation. If problem persists, go to next system check.

Intermittent wiring connection.

Check all CAN wiring connectors and reconnect.

Inspect connectors for damage and repair.

Missing terminator

Verify terminators are installed.

Bad terminator

Fault Code (FC) 110 or (FC) 020. Monitor/Controller disconnected.

Blown fuse.

Check fuses to CCU.

Pressure sensor inoperative.

Pump suction in-line strainer plugged.

Remove, clean and install strainer.

Boom strainer plugged.

Remove, clean and install strainer.

Improper data entered in SPRAYSTAR ™ boom setup.

Enter proper data for boom setup. (See SETUP SPRAYSTAR ™ Section).

Excessive spray overlap.

Adjust spraying to keep spray overlap to a minimum.

Large gap between sprayer passes.

Adjust spraying to minimize gaps.
