   When transporting machine on a road or highway at night or during day, use lights and devices for adequate warning to operators of other vehicles. Follow local regulations for equipment lighting and marking. Keep lighting and marking visible, clean and in good working order. Replace or repair lighting and marking that has been damaged or lost. Lights and devices are available from your John Deere dealer.

   In order for wings to be folded and unfolded, 7-pin connector warning light plug (A) MUST BE CONNECTED TO TRACTOR. Also 7-pin (C) from tractor MUST have 12 volts power to activate valve circuit. If 7-pin connector is not connected or 7-pin from tractor does not have 12 volt power, wings will not fold or unfold. (See TROUBLESHOOTING WING FOLDING OPERATION in Troubleshooting Section.)

   Field installation of 7 terminal Auxiliary Plug is required, if towing tractor is not equipped with an electrical outlet.

   Attach warning light plug (A) to tractor outlet socket.

2. Verify correct operation of all warning lights.

3. To obtain maximum warning, be sure that warning lights, reflectors, and SMV emblem are clean.
