CAUTION: If ballast recommendations are not followed, transport stability can be adversely affected, resulting in serious injury or death to you or others. Ballast recommendations provide adequate transport stability. When operating tractor in lower gears, under 6.5 km/h (4 mph), add front end weight to maximum permissible for satisfactory field performance and for tractor tip over prevention.

Tractor front end stability is necessary for safe and efficient operation. Install proper amount of weight on front of tractor. (See your tractor Operator's Manual.)
