Smooth Coulter

Coulters cut through surface residue such as corn stalks, wheat stubble, or other heavy crop residue to help reduce plugging. When set at correct depth and properly aligned with standard, coulters also slice ground ahead of standard, reducing surface disturbance from standard.

When ripping in fields with obstructions, adjust coulters to shallowest settings to give coulters additional space to travel over obstructions. Never exceed maximum ripping depth of 406 mm (16 in.).

Smooth coulters slice soil with minimal soil movement.
