Adjusting Boom Leveling Cylinders

A - Cylinder

B - Jam Nut

C - Roller Assembly

D - Stop

1. Extend cylinder (A).

2. Loosen jam nut (B) and adjust cylinder until roller assembly (C) has a 3 mm (0.12 in.) gap from inside portion of stop (D). Rotate rod end clockwise 1/2 turn to “shorten” cylinder. Tighten jam nut to specification.
