Secondary Brake Is On

This alarm is set when the Sprayer Vehicle controller detects that secondary brake is on and the vehicle speed is greater than 3 miles per hour. This alarm will be cleared/reset at power-up, or if the secondary brake is turned off or the vehicle speed is less than 3 miles per hour.
