A - Chrome Showing

CAUTION: Air spring can explode if over inflated causing serious injury or death to you or others. When adjusting suspension assemblies, do not exceed 689 kPa (6.89 bar) (100 psi). Keep hands and body away from suspension linkage.

NOTE: Machine should be parked on level ground with solution tank empty and booms folded when adjusting air springs.

It is normal for air springs to lose air after a few days of use, especially in rough terrain.

Inspect air spring assemblies (A) for proper adjustment daily by measuring chrome showing (A) on top side of cylinder.

Verify 64 mm (2.5 in.) chrome showing on top side of cylinder of rear air spring assemblies.

Verify 152 mm (6 in.) chrome showing on top side of cylinder of front air spring assemblies.

(See Adjust Front And Rear Air Springs Assemblies in Chassis for adjustment procedures.)
