Remote Solution Pump Switch Decal

N80131
N80131-UN-03MAR08

A - Load Position

B - Spray Position

IMPORTANT: Do not run solution pump dry or damage will occur.

Activation of switch will cause solution pump to start and engine speed to increase.

Load function will be disabled if machine is started and switch is in “Load” position. Cycle switch to “Spray” position to reset.

NOTE: Remote terminals for auxiliary electrical power. Do not exceed 30 amps.

Orifice Valve Instruction Decal

N80133
N80133-UN-03MAR08

IMPORTANT: Close valve when solution flow rate is 26 gallon per minute (100L/m) or less.

Secondary Braking Decal

N88446
N88446-UN-29APR10

A - Secondary Braking Switch

IMPORTANT: The secondary brake engages the park brake system. Engaging secondary brake system while machine is moving causes significant wear to the park brake components. Park brakes will need to be tested to verify proper operation after using the secondary brake. (See Verify Proper Operation Of Park Brakes in Operating The Machine section.)

NOTE: Secondary brake switch does not need to be engaged when parking machine. Park brakes are automatically applied when multifunction control handle is placed in the "PARK" position and the SprayStar system reads "0" mph for 0.5 seconds or the engine is shut "OFF".

Suspension Lubrication Decal

N80134
N80134-UN-03MAR08

IMPORTANT: Use only John Deere SD Poly Urea grease. Use of other grease can result in premature wear of the suspension components.

Component Wash Decal

N80135
N80135-UN-03MAR08

IMPORTANT: Do not pressure wash these components. Use normal water pressure less than 50 psi (345 kPa).
