Replacing Primary and Secondary Engine Air Filters—

CAUTION: A fall from the machine can cause serious injury or death. Be sure to have proper footing when replacing air cleaner elements.

   A - Latches (Four Used)

   B - Cover

   C - Primary Filter

   D - Secondary Filter

   E - Handle

   Raise hood.

2. Release latches (A) and remove cover (B).

3. Twist and pull to remove primary filter (C).

4. Clean dirt from inside cover and canister.

5. IMPORTANT: Do not attempt to clean filters.

   Replace secondary filter (D) every second primary filter change.

   Install new secondary filter immediately to prevent dust from entering air intake system.

   Pull on handle (E) to remove secondary filter.

6. Replace filters and reinstall cover.
